If I had to choose one holiday meal above the rest, Thanksgiving would be it. Turkey, stuffing, veggies, with gravy tying it all together. That’s exactly what Mountain House’s Homestyle Turkey Dinner Casserole tastes like. You bet I was excited to get samples for review.
Like all Mountain House products, the Homestyle Turkey Dinner Casserole is simple to make. Boil water, pour in the pouch, stir, wait, stir, then enjoy. I wish Thanksgiving dinner could be so easy. (Hmmmmmm…maybe it can be, haha.)
Like their other products, there’s some flexibility with amounts of water, so you can make this Thanksgiving style meal as dry or as moist as you like it. I like it on the drier side so the bread stays chewy, but with enough moisture so it doesn’t feel underdone. Great flavors all in all.
The Mountain House Homestyle Turkey Dinner Casserole Review is like Thanksgiving in a pouch, anytime of year. At a MSRP of $10.99 for 2 servings, this might be the least expensive Thanksgiving ever.
